These terms apply to your use of the SoUs website and the tools offered on it. By using the site, you accept these terms.
Who operates this site
This site is operated by Barış Demircan under the name SoUs, from Istanbul, Türkiye. For any question about these terms, write to info@sous.agency.
Service information and proposals
Service descriptions, case studies and price ranges on this site are provided for information and do not by themselves constitute a binding offer. The scope, duration and price of any engagement are set only by a separate written agreement between the parties. Results published on the site belong to past work and are not a promise of similar outcomes.
Content rights
The text, images, design, code and tools on this site belong to SoUs or are licensed to us. You may view and share pages for personal and business evaluation. Reproducing them without attribution, republishing them commercially or creating derivative works requires our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site for an unlawful purpose, in a way that infringes the rights of others, or in a way that harms the infrastructure. This includes attempting to bypass security measures, abusing the forms with automated tools, and disrupting the service by crawling the site with unusual load. We reserve the right to restrict access in such cases.
Tools and calculators
The calculators and templates on this site produce estimates based on the values you enter. The output is for planning and is not a substitute for financial, legal or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on it.
Automated support
The SoUs Support panel answers from published service information; when the AI answer is enabled, the reply is generated with Google Gemini and those replies are marked in the panel with a "Yapay zekâ yanıtı" label. AI answers can be wrong or incomplete — write to us for binding information. Do not enter personal, health, payment, password or account details in the panel.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites outside our control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or terms of use.
Availability and interruptions
We do not undertake that the site will run uninterrupted or error-free. Access may pause temporarily due to maintenance, hosting provider incidents or security measures, and content may be updated or removed without prior notice.
Limitation of liability
The site and the information on it are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. This limit does not affect obligations we undertake under a written service agreement; in that relationship the terms of that agreement apply.
Personal data
How we process the data you send through the site is explained in our privacy policy, and for the contact form specifically in the KVKK disclosure notice (Turkish).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes. Your rights under consumer legislation are reserved.
Changes
These terms may be updated when needed; the current version is always published on this page.
